OEM/ODM manufacturer of ultra-wide bar LCD screens for retail shelf-edge, transportation signage, and digital kiosks. 700-1000 nits brightness. Custom sizes available. Global shipping in 10-15 days.
Most suppliers won't tell you these details upfront. We do — because informed buyers make better decisions and become long-term partners.
Typical stretched displays offer 250-500 nits. In retail environments with bright lighting, that's not enough. AplusLCD starts at 700 nits, going up to 1000 nits — readable even under fluorescent store lighting.
Stretched LCDs are made by cutting standard glass panels. The cutting quality determines uniformity and lifespan. We use precision cutting with sealed edges to prevent moisture ingress — a common failure point in cheap alternatives.
16:3 (our 28.0" model) suits long shelf runs and transit displays. 16:4.8 (our 24.6" model) fits narrower shelf edges. Choosing the wrong ratio means wasted space or content that doesn't display properly.
Need interactive displays? PCAP multi-touch is available as an option. Not all stretched LCDs support touch — confirm this before ordering if your project requires interactivity.
Stretched LCDs have a long, narrow form factor. Heat concentrates in the center. Without proper thermal management, the backlight degrades unevenly. Our displays use aluminum backplates with heat-spreading design for continuous operation.
Your display needs content. We offer Android OS integration with CMS support — schedule content, update remotely, manage multiple screens. Without this, you're just buying hardware, not a solution.
Two standard models in stock. Custom sizes, brightness, and touch options available on request — no MOQ required.
