Standard LCD monitor orders ship in 7–10 working days from order confirmation and samples in 5–10 days; custom OEM/ODM projects typically run 4–8 weeks from approved specification to mass production.

• Rush orders and partial shipments may be accommodated on request with applicable expediting fees
• We maintain buffer stock of high-demand panel models to reduce lead time volatility

AplusLCD does not enforce a minimum order quantity (MOQ) — our policy is No MOQ — on standard products, and most custom projects can also start with a single unit.

• Sample orders — order 1 unit to validate the specification and quality before committing to volume
• Pilot runs — 10-50 units for field trials, beta customers or regional launches
• Volume orders — per-unit pricing improves as quantities increase; volume price breaks are confirmed on your quotation

Tooling, firmware and one-time setup costs (when applicable) are itemized separately at the quotation stage — there are no hidden setup charges.

Industrial display prices are project-specific and depend mainly on:

• Brightness — standard indoor (250 nits) through sunlight readable (up to 4000 nits)
• Touch technology — PCAP, resistive, IR or no touch

AplusLCD offers EXW (Ex Works) factory pricing from Shenzhen, China. Customers may select their preferred shipping method, or we can arrange FOB/CIF terms on request.

• Standard Warranty — 12 months from delivery date against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• DOA (Dead on Arrival) — within 30 calendar days of delivery, defective units are exchanged free of charge. Replacement shipped within 5 working days, round-trip freight covered by AplusLCD
• RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) — repair service completed within 15–20 working days, return shipping covered by AplusLCD
• Extended Warranty — optional coverage up to 1 year available for qualifying projects

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage from misuse or unauthorized modification
• Liquid ingress beyond rated IP protection level
• Improper installation or handling

Consumable components (cables, touch overlays) carry 90-day coverage.
