Panel mount monitors flush-mount into a cutout on a control panel or enclosure with a sealed front bezel, protecting the electronics behind it from dust, water, and contaminants. IP65 front sealing stops dust and low-pressure water jets — adequate for most factory floors and control rooms. IP66 adds protection against powerful jets, which suits washdown lines where hoses are used at close range, and is the safe choice for marine decks or equipment that may be pressure-washed.
Powder-coated aluminum is economical and corrosion-resistant enough for standard industrial use. Bare or coated 316L stainless steel is specified when chemicals, salt, or cleanroom disinfectants are in play, because it will not pit or discolour over years of repeated cleaning. Every model mounts into a panel cutout sized to the bezel, with VESA or custom rear brackets available, and the sealed-glass front is flat so no debris can collect around the display.
